Hodeidah: The General Corporation for Grain Development and Production and the Bajil Agricultural Cooperative Society initiated the soybean harvest for the 2025-2026 agricultural season in Bajil District.
According to Yemen News Agency, Hodeidah Governor Abdullah Atifi highlighted that the soybean harvest aligns with the state's and the revolutionary leadership's aim to achieve self-sufficiency and enhance the agricultural sector. The initiative is seen as a strategic effort to bolster local agricultural production and reduce dependency on imports, contributing to the region's economic stability.
