Hajjah: Abs and Haradh prosecution in Hajjah governorate released 42 prisoners and detainees on Tuesday who met legal requirements, in conjunction with the Prophet's birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, Prosecutor Ali al-Habshi stated that 24 individuals were granted conditional release after serving the majority of their sentences, while 18 others were freed on bail.
The release follows inspection visits to detention centers aimed at reviewing cases, ensuring legal procedures are upheld, addressing inmates' concerns, and promoting their reintegration into society.
