Al-bayda: The Office of Endowments, along with the sectors of Culture, Tourism, Planning and Statistics, and Guidance in Al-Bayda Governorate, organized on Tuesday a speech event marking the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's (peace and blessings be upon him) birth. The event was attended by Shura Council member Abdullah Al-Muzafari, Deputy Governors Zain Al-Riyami and Saleh Al-Mansouri. Al-Bayda Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Humayqani highlighted the significance of celebrating the Prophet's birthday and the esteemed position it holds in the hearts of Yemenis since the dawn of Islam.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Humayqani emphasized the need for the nation's sincere return to God and His Messenger, noting that celebrating the birth of the leader, savior of the nation, and teacher of humanity (peace be upon him) angers and pains Islam's enemies, while reinforcing the deep connection of the people of faith and wisdom to their noble Prophet. He pointed out that commemorating this occasion strengthens the faith identity, especially amid the great challenges facing the Islamic nation that target its identity and connection to the Seal of the Prophets.

At the event, speeches were delivered by Abdulrahman Al-Jarmouzi, Director of the Office of Endowments, and Ahmed Al-Husaysi, Head of the Culture Sector. Both highlighted that the Prophet's birthday is one of the greatest religious occasions deserving full attention, particularly in terms of reverence, showcasing joy and celebration, and recalling the noble character of the Prophet, his pure biography, his struggles, and his courageous stances against tyrants and oppressors.

The event was also attended by officials from the Planning sector, Mohammed Al-Muqbali; Tourism, Qasim Ashish; and Statistics, Tarek Al-Obaidi.
