Hajjah: Governor Hilal al-Sufi chaired a meeting in Hajjah province on Monday to review estimates of local and shared revenues and the spending plan for the year 2026 (1447-1448 AH). The meeting focused on understanding the financial framework for the upcoming fiscal year.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting discussed revenue growth indicators, past challenges, and ways to address shortfalls in some revenue sources. Emphasis was placed on aligning budget estimates with guidelines from the Ministries of Finance and Local Administration.
The discussions also highlighted the importance of boosting revenue collection to support development projects and improve public services. The strategic focus aims to ensure that financial resources are effectively utilized for the benefit of the province's infrastructure and community needs.
