Muscat: A meeting in Hajjah province, chaired by governor Hilal al-Sufi, reviewed on Saturday ways to enhance coordination between the Public Prosecution, Legal Office, Endowments Authority, and Lands Office to protect endowment lands and public funds.
According to Yemen News Agency, attendees, including the Head of the Provincial Court of Appeal, Ali al-Talhi, and other officials, discussed obstacles delaying legal procedures and stressed the need to expedite pending cases and remove any barriers.
The meeting emphasized continuous follow-up by executive offices, unified efforts between judicial and executive bodies, and strengthening field and legal coordination to safeguard state and endowment properties and resolve related disputes within the legal framework.
