Hajjah Executive Office Reviews and Approves Sector Reports

Hajjah: The Executive Office in Hajjah province, under the leadership of Secretary-General of the Local Council Ismail al-Muhaim, held a meeting to discuss the performance reports of the health, environment, electricity, and water sectors for the first half of 1446 AH. The meeting also addressed challenges faced by these sectors and potential solutions.

According to Yemen News Agency, the session was attended by Deputy Governors Hamoud al-Maghribi and Mohammed al-Qadi. The Executive Office approved the reports and work plans for these sectors for the second half of 1446 AH. The attendees acknowledged the achievements and developments in the health, electricity, and water sectors, even amidst challenges from ongoing “aggression and siege.”

The meeting highlighted the importance of expanding free medical camps in remote districts, setting up Ramadan clinics, and hastening the establishment of a kidney dialysis center in Abs district. The office also reviewed the Ramadan plan and program of the Youth and Sports Office and discussed preparations for summer courses in 1446 AH.

Al-Muhaim underscored the significance of using Ramadan for spiritual guidance, promoting charity and social solidarity, and reinforcing faith identity and Quranic culture. He also highlighted the necessity of enhancing service delivery efforts, streamlining procedures, and supervising Ramadan programs.
