Hajjah:The funeral for Captain Bashar Rashid Al-Shoumi and First Lieutenant Mohammed Hadi Al-Qutaib took place in Hajjah Governorate on Thursday. Both men lost their lives while serving in defense of their homeland's security and independence.
According to Yemen News Agency, mourners commended the martyrs for their virtues and heroic sacrifices on the battlefields of honor and dignity. They emphasized that the blood of the martyrs would continue to inspire future generations in the quest to defend national sovereignty.
The final rites were conducted with the martyrs being interred at the Martyrs' Cemeteries in their hometowns of Al-Maghreba and Washha, following prayers at Hourah Mosque in the center of the governorate. The ceremony was attended by local, military, and security officials, as well as large crowds of citizens.
