Hajjah: The Social Affairs and Labor Office in Hajjah governorate organized an event on Monday to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Zaid.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers at the event, including Undersecretary Mohammed al-Qadi and Office Director Dr. Haitham al-Jabri, highlighted the lessons to be learned from Imam Zaid's revolution against tyranny and his stance against injustice. The event emphasized the importance of increasing community awareness about aggressive plots targeting Yemen and the need to support the Palestinian cause.
Officials at the event condemned the crimes and massacres committed by the Zionist enemy in Gaza and occupied territories. They asserted that these acts violate international norms, exposing what they described as the falsehoods of the international community. The event also saw officials denouncing the silence of Arab regimes and human rights organizations, urging free peoples to fulfill their historical responsibilities in supporting the oppressed Palestinian people.
