Hareeb al-qaramish: The cultural, educational, media, and guidance sectors in Marib province organized a cultural symposium on Monday in Hareeb Al-Qaramish district to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Zaid (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, the symposium highlighted key aspects of Imam Zaid's life, his knowledge, his struggle, and his revolution against oppressive rulers. Speakers at the event emphasized the importance of reviving this occasion to draw lessons from Imam Zaid's approach and revolution, as he stood for truth against falsehood, and demonstrated resilience and sacrifice in upholding religion and the teachings of the Seal of the Prophets (peace be upon him and his family).
The speakers affirmed that the Yemeni people, through their steadfast support for the oppressed in Gaza, remain committed to the path of the Imam of the Revolution in both thought and stance. Today, they embody Imam Zaid's revolution by standing with the oppressed and confronting tyrants and arrogant powers, foremost among them the United States and Israel, while the wider Islamic world neglects its responsibility toward Palestine and Gaza.
