The event focused on the Arab-Zionist conflict and the influence of Western support in the region.
According to Yemen News Agency, the seminar began with remarks from Dr. Mohammed Al-Khaled, President of Hajjah University, who emphasized the seminar's role in elucidating the dynamics of the conflict. He highlighted the joint efforts by Zionists and Western allies, underscoring the complicity of Arab states in undermining the region's identity and resources.
Dr. Abdulrahim Al-Hamran from Saada University led the first session, 'The Conflict with the People of the Scripture.' He addressed the impact of the Zionist actions in Gaza and their effects on global conscience. He outlined a strategy based on religious principles, suggesting a return to the teachings of the Holy Qur'an and advocating for economic measures like boycotts as a form of resistance.
In the subsequent session, 'Zionist Control Over the West,' Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, President of Al-Bayda University, discussed the ideological influence of Zionism on Western societies. He explored the religious dimensions of the conflict and the historical narratives that have shaped Western attitudes towards the region. Dr. Al-Arami also touched on the implications of the so-called 'Middle East or Abrahamic Project' and its normalization agenda.
Sheikh Muqbil Al-Kadha'i, from the Yemeni Scholars Association, delivered insights on 'The Role of the Saudi Regime in Serving the Zionist Enemy' during the third session. He detailed the actions of the Saudi regime in furthering Zionist objectives across the Arab world, asserting the alignment of interests between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
The final session was presented by Abdulaziz Abu Talib, Executive Director of the Yemeni Center for Political and Strategic Studies, focusing on 'The Importance of Boycotts During Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.' He emphasized the economic impact of boycotts on Israel and the strategic role of social media in highlighting Israeli actions in Gaza. Abu Talib warned against the threats posed by normalization efforts, which could undermine boycott strategies by opening new markets for Israeli products.
