Hajjah:An academic seminar titled "The Impact of the September 21 Revolution on Rebuilding State Institutions Based on Transparency and Accountability" was organized by Hajjah University.

According to Yemen News Agency, University President Dr. Taha Al-Hamzi highlighted that the September 21 Revolution was more than a transient event; it represented a comprehensive liberation project. He stated that the revolution restored decision-making power and sovereignty to the Yemeni people, laying the groundwork for a new era of state-building rooted in integrity and justice, while rejecting dependency on foreign powers.
