Sa'ada: The Hamdan bin Zaid tribes from four districts in Sa'ada province organized an armed tribal rally on Thursday to denounce the Saudi attack on Sana'a International Airport and to express their support for the Yemeni Armed Forces.
According to Yemen News Agency, the rally saw the participation of local officials, tribal leaders, and dignitaries who chanted slogans in support of the armed forces and condemned the recent attack. The gathering framed the strike on Sana'a airport, which occurred after more than 11 years of blockade, as a demonstration of Saudi arrogance and a violation of humanitarian values.
The tribes reaffirmed their readiness to join the armed forces on the frontlines. They endorsed a statement from the armed forces, expressing support for the missile, air, and naval forces, and declared their preparedness for any escalation. The statement also extended thanks to Iran for sending an aircraft to Sana'a International Airport, describing it as a step that defied the blockade, and reiterated support for Gaza and the "Unity of Fronts" approach.
Additionally, the tribes pledged continued public mobilization, military training, and tribal activities. They called on Yemenis to unite in ending the conflict, occupation, and blockade, aiming to restore the country's sovereignty and resources.
