Hamdan Holds Funeral Procession for Martyr Colonel Badr Al-Din Al-Shuwayi

Hamdan: A funeral procession was held on Saturday in the Hamdan district of Sana'a governorate for Martyr Colonel Badr Al-Din Muhsin Al-Shuwayi, from Dhul'a Al-Ruba' village, who was martyred while performing his religious and national duty.

According to Yemen News Agency, the procession was attended by District Director Fahd Atiyah and Deputy Head of General Mobilization Mahdi Al-Najjar. The mourners renewed their pledge of loyalty to the martyrs' blood, affirming their commitment to following their path of sacrifice and devotion. They emphasized embodying national unity in confronting any aggression against the homeland.

The mourners praised the sacrifices of the martyrs, noting that these sacrifices have brought glory and honor to the nation and demonstrated the deep faith of the Yemeni people. The martyr's body was laid to rest at the Martyrs' Cemetery in Dhul'a after funeral prayers were held at Al-Sharafi Mosque, attended by local officials, mobilization leaders, and community figures.
