Ibb: The President of the Ibb Court of Appeal, Judge Sari Al-Ajili, visited Ba'dan and Al-Sha'r courts to inspect their operations.
According to Yemen News Agency, during his visit, Judge Al-Ajili assessed the level of performance and work discipline at the courts. He engaged with Judge Bandar Al-Suwaidi of Ba'dan Court and Judge Muhammad Al-Shuja' of Al-Sha'r Court, along with their staff, to understand the requirements necessary for the smooth functioning of court operations. Judge Al-Ajili directed that these needs be met promptly.
Judge Al-Ajili instructed the court officials to facilitate procedures, expedite case rulings, and ensure that judgments are issued, printed, and delivered to the concerned parties within the legal deadlines. He stressed the importance of improving performance and addressing any deficiencies within the court system. Additionally, he commended the court staff for their efforts in achieving justice.
