Al Hodeida: The Chairman of the General Land Authority, Ibrahim Al-Mansour, inspected the workflow at the authority's branch offices in Al Hodeida province. During his visit, he was briefed by the branch's deputy directors and department heads on work progress, challenges affecting performance, and proposed solutions to address them.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Mansour praised the efforts made to preserve, classify, survey, and document state lands and properties, as well as to enhance performance levels. He emphasized that his visit to the Al Hodeida branch is part of ongoing efforts to evaluate performance, assess the steps taken by the office to reclaim and protect state lands, halt construction on designated plots, and review progress in the real estate registry.
He commended the discipline within the branch's departments and the employees' commitment to improving service delivery for citizens while streamlining procedures. Al-Mansour urged them to redouble their efforts and provide necessary facilitation to further enhance performance.
In response, the deputy directors of the branch appreciated the attention and support of the authority's leadership in addressing the needs of local offices, reviewing automated system updates, and evaluating the performance of the office and its staff. They highlighted the branch's efforts in documentation, record-organization, and the development of a standardized mechanism for real estate registration procedures in the city and neighboring districts. They also noted the implementation of urban planning across all districts and neighborhood units, acknowledging the role of local authorities in supporting the Land Authority's efforts to overcome operational challenges.
