Muscat: The Head of the Supreme Authority for Tender and Auction Supervision, Engineer Abdulmalik Al-Arshi, sent a cable of condolence and sympathy to His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, on the death of his virtuous mother.
