Dhamar: Health officials in Dhamar province inspected health education programs in summer schools aimed at promoting awareness and preventive practices among students. Director of the National Program for Health Education and Media at the Ministry of Public Health, Dr. Yusuf al-Hadhari, and Director of the Health Office in Dhamar, Dr. Tariq al-Khuwaini, reviewed health and awareness activities in summer schools in the city of Dhamar.
According to Yemen News Agency, the officials visited educational programs at al-Hamza School and Heran Complex, focusing on the implementation of health awareness initiatives for students participating in summer centers. Discussions were held on coordination between the health and education sectors to strengthen awareness programs and deliver effective health messages to students.
Dr. al-Hadhari highlighted the significance of summer activities in raising awareness among youth and promoting healthy behaviors. He noted the importance of integrating education with health guidance and encouraged students to share the knowledge they gain with their families and communities.
Dr. al-Khuwaini reviewed ongoing health education activities across summer centers in various districts of the governorate. He emphasized efforts to expand outreach and improve public health awareness.
