Sana'a: A workshop was held on Tuesday at the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research to organize and activate the activities of the Code of Conduct and Work Ethics teams. During the workshop, Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hatem Al-Du'ais, emphasized the importance of the workshop in clarifying the organizational and procedural framework for the Code of Conduct and Work Ethics teams, their formation levels, and their organizational relationships.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Du'ais highlighted the importance of raising awareness of the responsibilities of public service, contributing to building a work environment based on institutional commitment and respect for laws and regulations, and consolidating the values of integrity, discipline, and professional responsibility. The workshop was attended by the Ministry's undersecretaries, heads of affiliated agencies and institutions, the National Code Team, and the Ministry's sub-teams.
For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development for the Evaluation and Training Sector, Al-Azzi Al-Hattami, addressed the importance of the workshop in familiarizing supervisory and sub-teams with their tasks and responsibilities. He discussed the need to organize their relationship with the central team to prevent overlap and duplication of tasks, enhancing integration, coordination and communication mechanisms, information exchange, and resolving field-related difficulties and problems.
Al-Hattami reviewed the workshop's four main themes: "Organizational Framework Guide, Mechanism for Preparing Plans and Reports, Performance Indicators and Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanisms, and Applied Initiatives Approved by the Ministry."
