Historical Record of US-Saudi-Emirati Aggression on February 9 Across Yemeni Governorates

Sana'a: On February 9, throughout several years, incidents of aggression by American-Saudi-Emirati forces have repeatedly targeted civilians, their properties, and civilian infrastructure across multiple Yemeni governorates. These attacks have resulted in numerous casualties, injuries, and extensive destruction.

According to Yemen News Agency, on February 9, 2016, a series of aggressive actions led to the martyrdom of citizens and destruction of property. A citizen was martyred, and several houses were damaged due to Saudi missile shelling in the Al-Hamaqi area of Baqim District, Saada Governorate. An airstrike on a truck loaded with wheat in Haidan District claimed four more lives, and various other areas experienced missile attacks. Multiple airstrikes were reported in districts such as Al-Dhaher, Al-Zamah, and Razih, among others, causing significant material damage.

On February 9, 2017, the aggression continued with drones and warplanes targeting Sirwah District in Marib Governorate and various locations in Saada Governorate. The aggression's aircraft also struck fishermen's boats near Hodeida Governorate and carried out attacks in Najran and Jizan regions.

February 9, 2018, saw further violence, with two children and a woman injured by a cluster bomb in Hodeida Governorate. The aggression's aircraft conducted airstrikes in districts such as Kataf in Saada Governorate, Haradh and Midi in Hajjah Governorate, and several other areas.

In 2019, airstrikes targeted Bani Al-Harith District in the Capital Secretariat, causing damage to properties. Saada Governorate witnessed multiple airstrikes, artillery shelling, and missile attacks, leading to extensive destruction of farms and homes. The aggression's mercenaries also shelled civilian areas and schools in Marib and Hodeida Governorates.

By February 9, 2020, the aggression's aircraft had carried out airstrikes in Al-Jawf and Sana'a Governorates. The Saudi army's missile and artillery shelling targeted populated villages in the border district of Razih in Saada Governorate, while mercenaries attacked residential areas in Hodeida Governorate.

On February 9, 2021, a citizen was martyred, and several others injured as a result of Saudi missile and artillery shelling on the border district of Shada in Saada Governorate. Airstrikes and shelling continued to impact various districts in Marib and Hodeida Governorates.

February 9, 2022, witnessed airstrikes on the Capital Secretariat and Sana'a Governorate. Enemy aircraft targeted Haradh District in Hajjah Governorate and several districts in Marib Governorate, with mercenaries shelling multiple areas in Hodeida Governorate.

The aggression persisted into 2023, with two citizens martyred and another injured from explosive remnants in Hodeida Governorate. Mercenaries established combat positions and shelled areas with artillery and gunfire, causing further distress and damage to the local populace.
