Hodeida Local Authority Prepares to Implement Presidential Amnesty on West Coast

Hodeida: The local authority in Hodeida Governorate has announced the commencement of executive arrangements to implement the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, regarding the general presidential amnesty for those misled on the West Coast battlefronts, and to receive those who lay down their arms and return to the national fold.

According to Yemen News Agency, the local authority called upon all those misled on the West Coast fronts to seize the opportunity of the presidential amnesty, take the initiative to lay down their arms, leave the Saudi-led aggression's fronts, and return to the embrace of the homeland and their families. It affirmed that returning to the right path is the correct national choice and that continuing to serve the aggression's agenda only prolongs the suffering of the Yemeni people.

The statement praised the presidential decision, noting that it embodies a commitment to sparing bloodshed and fostering national reconciliation, while opening the way for those misled to reconsider their positions and return to the national ranks. It affirmed that the local authority would work to implement the presidential directives and take the necessary measures to enforce the amnesty decision in a manner that strengthens security, stability, and social peace. The local authority reaffirmed its full support and backing for the armed forces in carrying out their national duty, confronting the movements and troop buildups of the Saudi enemy, and defending the homeland-its sovereignty, security, and independence-with the ultimate goal of liberating occupied areas.

It hailed the victories achieved and the progress made by the armed forces across various fronts, affirming its support for operations aimed at breaking the blockade, ending the suffering of the Yemeni people, and thwarting the enemy's schemes.

It also called upon the people of Hodeida Governorate to further rally around the leadership and the armed forces, to strengthen unity in the face of the enemy's agendas and proxies, and to defeat plots aimed at prolonging the aggression and occupation and tearing apart the social fabric.
