Hodeida: Hodeida province first undersecretary Ahmed al-Bishari inaugurated the Imam Zaid School building in al-Mashish village, Bajil district. This inauguration is part of efforts to enhance the educational process and expand the infrastructure of the education sector in the district.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Bishari, accompanied by the head of the education sector in the governorate, Omar Bahr, and the directors of the Red Crescent Society branches in the governorate and Bajil District, Jaber al-Razihi and Abdul-Munim al-Rifai, respectively, listened to an explanation of the project's components. The school consists of three classrooms and cost nine million riyals, funded by the Red Crescent and the local authority, with a contribution from the Bajil Cooperative Agricultural Society.
Al-Bishari praised the level of cooperation and integration between official and community entities in implementing the project, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in supporting education and providing a suitable learning environment for students in rural areas. The inauguration was attended by the Chairman of the Bajil Cooperative Agricultural Society, Adel Sam, and the Secretary-General of the Society, Hussein Dhiyabi.
Following the inauguration, al-Bishari, accompanied by Bahr and Al-Rifai, inspected several summer programs in the district, including the Imam Ali Khamenei Center in Al-Mashish, the Tufan Al-Aqsa Center in Al-Arj, the Martyr Al-Qaid Center in Al-Hamra, and the Martyr Abu Al-Fadl Center in Deir Issa. The visitors listened to explanations from the center administrators about the nature of the religious, cultural, and sports programs offered to students, and how the summer vacation is utilized to acquire knowledge and protect youth from misguided ideologies.
They emphasized the importance of concerted efforts to ensure the success of the summer centers and achieve their goals of building a generation fortified with a strong faith-based identity.
