Hodeidah: The Security Administration of Al-Sukhna District in Hodeidah Province organized a cultural and speech evening to mark the anniversary of the Prophet's Birthday (Mawlid al-Nabawi) 1447 AH, under the slogan 'At Your Service, O Messenger of Allah.'
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Security Director, Colonel Mohammed Al-Maarashi, emphasized the significance of the occasion in reviving faith values and renewing loyalty to the Prophet. He noted that the celebration by Yemenis reflects their adherence to his teachings and values in confronting tyrannical powers.
Director of Criminal Investigation, Captain Abbas Al-Bajali, remarked that the Prophet's birth marked a civilizational turning point that altered the course of humanity. He stressed that following the Prophet's example enhances moral and spiritual resilience in facing challenges.
Preaching and guidance officer, Mohammed Qashimah, highlighted important stages from the Prophet's life and their role in reinforcing religious and national awareness. He mentioned that commemorating the Prophet's Birthday today is closely associated with the nation's struggle in supporting the besieged Palestinian people in Gaza.
He further noted that the extensive community participation in the event symbolized the unity of the people's stance and reaffirmed Yemenis' leading role in supporting the causes of the Muslim nation, with particular emphasis on the Palestinian cause.
