Hodeida: Hodeida University held a meeting under the chairmanship of rector Dr. Mohammed al-Ahdal to discuss preparations for al-Mawlid al-Nabi - Prophet's birthday - celebrations and mobilization for 'al-Aqsa Flood' courses. Dr. al-Ahdal emphasized the university's commitment to strengthening faith-based identity and raising awareness of national and Islamic causes, particularly the Palestinian issue.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. al-Ahdal called for active participation in the 'Al-Aqsa Flood' courses, weekly marches supporting Gaza, donation campaigns, and the boycott of U.S. and Israeli goods. The rector urged faculty, staff, and students to engage fully in cultural and social activities marking the Prophet's birth, highlighting that these efforts reinforce Qur'anic values and Yemen's faith-based identity.
