Honoring Winners of Cultural Competitions in Hajjah City Center

Hajjah: The Executive Committee for Summer Activities and Courses in Hajjah City Center, in collaboration with Al-Razi University, celebrated the achievements of students who excelled in cultural and creative competitions held during the summer courses.

According to Yemen News Agency, the competition, supported by Al-Razi University, featured various categories including poetry, public speaking, Holy Quran recitation, Yemeni Qaida, drawing, creativity, and innovation. The event aimed to foster talent and encourage cultural engagement among the youth.

Ali Al-Qutayb, the official overseeing the education sector in the governorate, highlighted the significance of these summer courses in enhancing youth awareness, reinforcing their faith identity, and nurturing Quranic culture. He noted the positive outcomes of the summer courses and competitions, which have revealed many talented students across different fields.

Al-Qutayb also commended the efforts of the Executive Committee for Summer Courses and Al-Razi University's support in organizing the competition and providing awards for the top achievers and participants.

During the ceremony, which was attended by Murad Shali, Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate, and Issam Al-Wazzan, Director of Hajjah City Center District, Mustafa Sabah, the education sector official in the city center, announced that 29 students achieved first place in the various categories. These students were among 96 participants from 16 schools who took part in the competitions.
