Sanaa: The US-Saudi-Emirati aggression has been responsible for a series of devastating attacks on Yemeni civilians, resulting in numerous casualties and significant destruction. On August 9, 2015, airstrikes on Harf Sufyan District in Amran Governorate led to the deaths of three women and a child, with two girls also injured. In Al-Radmah District of Ibb Governorate, a similar strike resulted in 15 deaths and 20 injuries, including children and women. Additional airstrikes were reported in Taiz Governorate, causing deaths, injuries, and substantial property damage. According to Yemen News Agency, in 2016, further airstrikes targeted a food products factory in Sana'a, resulting in 14 deaths and 13 injuries. Additional strikes in Ibb and Taiz Governorates led to further casualties, infrastructure damage, and the loss of livestock. The aggression continued with attacks on residential areas, factories, and public facilities across multiple governorates, leaving a trail of destruction and loss of life. The aggr ession's impact extended beyond 2016, with the following years witnessing continued airstrikes and shelling. In 2018, a particularly brutal attack on a bus carrying children in Saada Governorate resulted in 130 casualties. The attacks have targeted a wide range of locations, including residential areas, farms, and public infrastructure, often resulting in civilian casualties. By 2020, the aggression had expanded to include the targeting of Ethiopian migrants and the establishment of combat fortifications by mercenaries, further escalating the conflict. The pattern of violence persisted into 2021 and 2022, with airstrikes and shelling reported across several governorates, including Marib, Taiz, and Hodeida. These attacks have caused not only immediate casualties but also long-term damage to Yemen's infrastructure and exacerbated the humanitarian crisis. The most recent reports from 2023 indicate that reconnaissance aircraft launched airstrikes in Hodeida Governorate, while mercenaries continued to establish combat fortifications and carry out artillery shelling. The ongoing aggression has severely impacted Yemen, leaving a lasting scar on its population and infrastructure.
