Human Rights Office in Hodeidah Condemns Attack on Civilian House in Hays

Hodeidah: The National Human Rights Commission's office in Hodeidah has condemned an attack by Saudi-backed forces on a civilian house located in the Jabal Al-Azfa Al-Maslib area, east of Hays District. This attack resulted in the tragic death of three women and injured two other individuals.

According to Yemen News Agency, the office described the assault on the occupied civilian house as a grave violation of international humanitarian law and conventions that are in place to protect civilians. The office has declared the Saudi regime fully responsible for the incident and its resulting casualties.

The office emphasized that attacks targeting houses and civilian properties, which endanger the lives of residents, represent serious violations that demand accountability. It has pledged to continue documenting such violations and to prepare legal files aimed at safeguarding the rights of victims and facilitating the accountability of those responsible for these actions.
