Ibb: Chief of the Ibb Appeals Court Judge Sari Al-Ajili inspected on Tuesday the workflow and discipline at the Dhi As-Sufal and As-Sayani courts.
According to Yemen News Agency, Judge Al-Ajili was briefed by the two courts' chiefs, Judges Majed Al-Zamr and Fawaz Al-Kadahi, on performance, challenges, and operational needs. He directed that these challenges be addressed and the necessary requirements provided to improve court operations.
Judge Al-Ajili emphasized the importance of adhering to legal procedures and expediting case rulings. He highlighted the need for completing, printing, and delivering judgments to litigants within the specified deadlines, as well as improving overall performance and ensuring proper treatment of those seeking justice.
During his visit, Judge Al-Ajili praised the efforts of judges and administrative staff in bringing justice closer to citizens. He called for greater efforts to ensure timely justice, underscoring the significance of their roles in the judicial process.
