Sana'a: A public event was held on Wednesday in Al-Makhader District of Ibb Governorate to commemorate the annual anniversary of 'Al-Sarkah' against the arrogant powers. During the event, which was attended by local authority and general mobilization leaders in the district, Deputy Governor Abdulwahid Al-Marou'i emphasized the importance of commemorating this occasion and recalling the sacrifices made in support of this slogan, which he described as both a stance and a weapon in confronting global arrogance powers.
According to Yemen News Agency, in Jiblah District, a public event was also held to mark the anniversary under the slogan 'Al-Sarkah is a Weapon and a Stance.' During the event, attended by local authority and general mobilization leaders, Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Muraisi stated that the Quranic project and the slogan of Al-Sarkah established a new reality based on awareness and insight, and contributed to building a firm stance toward the issues of the nation.
Similarly, two public events were held in Habish and Hazm Al-Udain districts to mark the annual anniversary of the Scream. In both events, attended by local authority and general mobilization leaders, speeches emphasized the importance of commemorating this occasion due to its connotations reflecting the Yemeni people's connection to their faith-based identity, and enhancing awareness of the issues of the nation.
The speeches noted that the Yemeni stance supporting the Palestinian cause comes as an extension of the Quranic project's approach in confronting domination projects, as a manifestation of awareness and readiness to face challenges. They further highlighted that the martyred leader Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi launched the slogan of Al-Sarkah at a time when the nation was experiencing a state of dependency and abandonment.
