Sana'a: The Civil Service and Administrative Reform Office, the General Corporation for Social Security, the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions, the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, and the branch of the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendums in Ibb Governorate organized an oratorical event to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) birth.
According to Yemen News Agency, Member of Parliament Ahmad Al-Nazili described the anniversary as a pivotal moment to reflect on the Prophet's life, strengthen resolve, and continue emulating his example. Al-Nazili emphasized the importance of showing reverence and loyalty to the Prophet and defending him against attacks from Zionists and Western powers. He highlighted the occasion's role in healing divisions and unifying the Muslim nation, stressing the need to preserve Yemen's faith identity for achieving victory against global challenges.
Members of the Shura Council, including Nabil Al-Hubaishi, and Director of the Social Security Corporation Jamal Al-Soufi, attended the event. Al-Soufi noted the significance of the Prophet's birth as a major religious occasion, emphasizing that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) serves as a divine guide for humanity. He affirmed Yemenis' deep attachment to the Prophet and their readiness to defend Islamic sanctities, linking their lineage to the Ansar, early supporters of the Prophet.
Director of the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, Abdullah Al-Shubaibi, spoke about the Prophet's virtues and called for participation in the central celebrations on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal as a tribute to the Prophet. He emphasized the need to embody the Prophet's teachings in justice and fairness.
Dr. Fadhl Zaid, Director-General of Al-Dhihar District, underscored the necessity of living by the Prophet's example in daily life. He highlighted the significance of the occasion, celebrated by believers in obedience to God's command, and noted Yemenis' support for Gaza and Palestine as a reflection of the Prophet's resistance against adversities. Dr. Zaid stated that commemorating the Prophet's birth reinforces dignity and strength for the Muslim nation.
