Ibb: The Ibb Sanitation and Improvement Fund organized a cultural event to celebrate the anniversary of Prophet Muhammad's birth on Thursday. The event underscored the importance of reflecting on the Prophet's life and teachings, with an emphasis on mercy, justice, solidarity, and responsibility.
According to Yemen News Agency, Fund Director Adel Omar highlighted the significance of the occasion, urging attendees to renew their commitment to the Prophet's message. He acknowledged the diligent efforts of the Fund's workers and employees in preparing for the celebration by cleaning streets, removing waste, and decorating public spaces.
Adel Omar reassured that Fund personnel throughout the governorate would maintain their duties while actively engaging in the central celebration. Meanwhile, Ahmed Al-Jundi, Head of the Fund's Sanitation and Environmental Health Sector, emphasized the need to draw inspiration from the Prophet's conduct in defending justice and serving the community.
Al-Jundi encouraged the integration of the Prophet's values, such as compassion, cooperation, charity, and responsibility, into daily operations and public service. He expressed hope that the occasion would serve as an impetus to enhance performance and amplify efforts.
The event saw the participation of sector and district heads, department directors, as well as workers and employees of the Ibb Sanitation and Improvement Fund.
