Al-dhale': The leadership of Ibb University today visited the fighters of the 31st Armored Brigade in Al-Dhale' province and a number of security posts on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha.
According to Yemen News Agency, the university president, Dr. Nasser Al-Hajili, accompanied by the university's vice presidents for academic affairs, Dr. Abdullah Al-Falahi, and for student affairs, Dr. Ahmed Abu Lahoum, along with the university secretary-general, Abdulmalik Al-Saqqaf, assessed the conditions of the fighters from the armed forces and security personnel. They exchanged Eid greetings and presented a convoy of sacrificial animals and gifts to the fighters.
During the visit, Dr. Al-Hajili highlighted the faith-based and national stances embodied by the fighters in their honorable positions, which serve as a model of sacrifice, redemption, patience, and steadfastness. He emphasized the responsibility they carry in defending the homeland, its security, and stability.
He further explained that this visit is a gesture of loyalty and appreciation for the fighters and represents the cohesion between various state institutions and the heroes of the armed forces and security personnel, who demonstrate resilience.
The university president commended the high morale of the fighters and their readiness to fulfill their national duties.
For their part, the fighters expressed their appreciation for the Eid visit, noting that such initiatives enhance their morale and reflect the strong bond between the educational sector and the fighters in their positions of duty. They affirmed their commitment to performing their tasks with vigilance and responsibility, maintaining their readiness to carry out their national duties with determination.
The visit also included the participation of the assistant to the vice president for student affairs, Dr. Al-Ezzi Al-Aqab, the assistant secretaries-general of the university, Nabil Al-Warafi and Ahmed Ayash, as well as deans of colleges and centers and general directors of the university.
