Illuminated Processions Light Up Hufash District for Prophet’s Birthday

Al-mahwit: Hufash district in Al-Mahwit governorate on Wednesday witnessed illuminated processions of cars and motorcycles to commemorate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad. The processions traveled through the streets of Al-Malahina and Bani Dahman, ending at the main square in Al-Safaqayn, amid celebratory scenes reflecting residents' joy over the religious occasion.

According to Yemen News Agency, the processions highlighted the growing popular participation in commemorating the Prophet's birthday and the occasion's religious significance in strengthening attachment to the Messenger of Allah and emulation of his life and teachings. District Director Amin Al-Qalaba said the illuminated processions and celebratory convoys reflected the joy of Hufash residents at the arrival of the Prophet's birthday, stressing the importance of commemorating the occasion in a way that reinforces the religious and moral values derived from his life.

For his part, District Mobilization Official Mansour Zaid said the activities marking the Prophet's birthday reflect Yemenis' joy over the occasion, describing it as a renewed spiritual opportunity to draw lessons from the Prophet's life and emulate his example in various aspects of life.
