Sana'a: A meeting chaired by the Acting Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Sam Al-Bashiri, discussed on Saturday ways to develop the real estate sector and enhance its role in supporting the national economy and attracting investments.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Industry and Economic Cities, Engineer Sami Maqbuli, and the Chairman of the General Investment Authority, Mohammed Ishaq. Al-Bashiri emphasized the pivotal role of the real estate development sector in stimulating economic and investment activity, creating job opportunities, and promoting sustainable development.
He highlighted the importance of developing a practical vision to create a suitable environment for attracting investments to the sector and addressing obstacles that limit its growth.
The meeting concluded with the approval of a comprehensive plan to advance the real estate development sector. This plan includes identifying investment opportunities, addressing obstacles, and proposing mechanisms and procedures to revitalize the sector, enhancing its contribution to economic development and attracting investments.
