Hajjah:The local Economy Office and the Yemen Standards Authority have initiated an inspection campaign targeting bakeries and bread outlets throughout Hajjah. The campaign aims to ensure adherence to approved prices and weights.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Governor Adel Shali emphasized the importance of intensified inspections and the necessity of legal action against violators.
Officials have stated that the inspection teams will enforce the official price of YER 450 per kilogram and ensure compliance with legal weight requirements. This campaign will extend to all districts to address price violations and weight manipulation.
