Inspection Job Discipline at Oil Company & Skills Development Fund

Sana'a: Civil Service Ministry's Undersecretary for Policies and Systems Sector, Shukri Abdulmawla, inspected the job discipline level at the Yemen Oil and Gas Corporation, Yemen Oil Company, and the Skills Development Fund on the first day of the official workday.

According to Yemen News Agency, Undersecretary Abdulmoula, accompanied by the Director of Service Development at the Ministry of Service, Eidi Al-Absi, received insights from Yemen Oil and Gas Corporation Director Engineer Mahmoud Al-Nom and Human Resources Director Younis Al-Adimi. They discussed the workflow and job discipline level after the Eid Al-Fitr vacation and the measures taken by the Corporation to modernize its services.

The Civil Service Ministry's Undersecretary commended the attendance and job discipline, highlighting the leadership's dedication to institutional work. This is particularly significant as the company plays a vital role in serving the country and its citizens. He also assessed the job discipline at the Skills Development Fund.

During his visit, Undersecretary Abdulmoula listened to explanations from the technical deputy of the fund, Jamil Al-Nuaimi, and Human Resources Director Abdulhafiz Al-Majidi regarding the fund's workflow and job discipline level post-Eid vacation. They emphasized that the Skills Development Fund has conducted numerous forums and training programs, targeting both government and private sector personnel.

The Undersecretary emphasized that the commitment to official attendance following the Eid vacation reflects the responsibility and dedication of the Fund's leadership and employees across various departments. Their efforts in organizing, planning, and qualifying the government and private sectors were also acknowledged.
