Hodeida: Saleh Ateefa, Director of the Hodeida Governorate Office of Economy, Industry, and Investment, conducted an inspection today to assess the supply situation, commercial activity, and market dynamics in the liberated districts of Hays and Al-Khokha.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ateefa's review focused on the availability of goods, foodstuffs, and consumer products within markets, shops, and warehouses. He assessed the flow of goods, their pricing, and the regularity of commercial activities. These efforts align with the broader initiative to normalize life and stimulate economic and commercial activity in these districts.
He emphasized that the field visit was executed under the directives of the governorate's local authority leadership and the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Investment. The primary aim was to evaluate market conditions, enhance supply and commercial stability, and monitor the citizens' needs for essential commodities.
Ateefa further explained that the Economy Office will continue its field visits and assessments of market and warehouse activities in both districts. This ongoing evaluation aims to ensure the smooth flow of essential goods, boost commercial activity and inventory levels, and closely track daily trading to meet the citizens' needs.
Additionally, Ateefa reported that the supply situation in Hays and Al-Khokha is experiencing notable stability with an abundant supply of various goods and products. He commended the ongoing efforts to serve the residents of both districts and facilitate the regular flow of goods through commercial entry points.
