Inspection of Wounded Conditions at Western Coastal Medical Complex in Al Hodeida

Al hodeida: First Deputy Governor of Al H Ahmed Al Bishri, accompanied by the Deputy Governor for Eastern District Affairs Amer Muthanna, inspected the conditions of the wounded receiving treatment at the Western Coastal Medical Complex in Al Hodeida city.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the visit, the two deputies, along with Saleh Atifah, the Director of the Office of Economy Industry and Investment in the Governorate, reviewed the level of medical services provided to the wounded. They presented symbolic financial contributions from the Ministry and the Office as a gesture of appreciation for the sacrifices made by the wounded.

The visitors were briefed by the Complex Director, Colonel Abdul Razzaq Al Madwahi, on the efforts made in caring for the wounded, the current capabilities, and the challenges faced by the hospital in providing better treatment services.

Deputy Al Bishri affirmed that inspecting the conditions of the wounded is part of both official and public interest, recognizing their sacrifices in defending the homeland. He emphasized that the local authority would continue to prioritize the needs of the wounded, ensuring that their treatment requirements are met while also acknowledging the dedicated efforts of the medical staff at the complex.

The Director of the Office of Economy Industry and Investment stated that this initiative is in line with the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership, as well as the Ministry's leadership and the local authority in the governorate, to enhance social solidarity and support the wounded in their battle with pain.

The wounded expressed their gratitude for this humanitarian gesture, noting that such visits and support reflect concern for their health conditions and help alleviate their suffering. They affirmed that their morale remains high, and they continue steadfastly in their defense of the homeland, regardless of the sacrifices involved.
