Sana'a: Participants in the intellectual symposium on 'The Nature of the Conflict with the Zionist Enemy' emphasized the need to adhere to the Qur'anic vision in dealing with Jews, affirming that the Qur'an exposed their cowardice and fear.
According to Yemen News Agency, the symposium, organized by several ministries and institutions concerned with the Palestinian cause, highlighted the importance of entrenching the culture of jihad to liberate the nation. Participants also called for recognizing Zionism as a racist, Nazi movement that commits war crimes.
Recommendations stressed revising school curricula to expose the role of arrogant powers in fragmenting the Arab and Islamic nation in service of the Zionist entity. They also urged the continuation of cultural, intellectual, and media awareness on the Palestinian issue.
The symposium underscored the need to acquire elements of power through advanced weapons that achieve deterrence. It also called for training women in self-defense, handling different types of weapons, and dealing with hostile attacks.
Deputy Minister of Information Mohammed Mansour noted the importance of the symposium in raising awareness among generations about the Palestinian cause. He stated that al-Aqsa Flood battle clearly divided the region into two camps: one of resistance and one of normalization.
The first paper, presented by Dr. Abdulrahim al-Humran, discussed the nature of the conflict with Jews from a Qur'anic perspective. He affirmed the inevitability of confrontation, stressing that the events in Gaza exemplify the brutality of the Zionist entity.
The second paper, presented by Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, reviewed the emergence of Zionism and the historical transformation of Christian attitudes toward Jews. It also addressed the role of Western powers in supporting Jews, culminating in the Basel Conference and the Balfour Declaration.
The third and fourth papers examined the Saudi regime's role in serving the Zionist enemy and the roots of Palestinian resistance. They also outlined the future risks of disarming the resistance and its impact on undermining the national project.
