Sana'a: Interior Minister Maj. Gen. Abdulkarim Amir Al-Din Al-Houthi extended a congratulatory message to Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, Supreme Political Council President Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, as well as other political and military leaders, on the 12th anniversary of the September 21 Revolution. The message also addressed the Yemeni people, highlighting the significance of the revolution in reclaiming the nation's will and sovereignty.
According to Yemen News Agency, the minister emphasized the revolution's role in rejecting foreign influence and reforming state institutions. He acknowledged the sacrifices made by martyrs and commended the security services for their role in maintaining stability and combating crime across the liberated governorates.
The message also highlighted the efforts of security forces in restoring public order and providing essential services in the liberated districts along the western coast. Al-Houthi reiterated the security forces' readiness to protect national interests and confront external threats, particularly those he attributed to Saudi-led efforts.
Furthermore, the minister expressed Yemen's continued support for the Palestinian cause and solidarity with the Islamic resistance movements in Lebanon, Palestine, Iran, and other regions. He concluded the message with prayers for Yemen's enduring security, sovereignty, and victory.
