Sanaa: The Ministry of Interior revealed on Wednesday new confessions from several members of a spy network affiliated with the joint intelligence operations room of the American, Israeli, and Saudi enemy. This network was used by the enemy to carry out its conspiracies aimed at dissuading Yemen from its honorable stance on the Palestinian cause.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Ministry of Interior stated, "Within the framework of the qualitative security operation (And their plot will fail), which, thanks to Allah Almighty, led to the arrest of a spy network affiliated with a joint intelligence room between American intelligence, the Israeli Mossad, and Saudi intelligence, based on Saudi territory, the Ministry reveals the activities of several criminal elements belonging to the spy network."
The statement indicated that members of the spy network were involved in surveillance activities, gathering sensitive information, and providing the coordinates of several vital, security, and military installations to the enemy's joint intelligence room during the Yemeni support operation for Gaza-an act of treason against Allah, His Messenger, the religion, the people, and the nation.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that, based on this information and the coordinates provided by these criminal elements, the enemy carried out strikes on some of these installations, resulting in martyrs and wounded among our dear Yemeni people.
The statement further noted that the officers operating within the enemy's joint intelligence room used mercenaries to recruit and infiltrate military personnel capable of obtaining the required information. Some of these recruits were summoned to the Saudi capital, Riyadh, to meet with Saudi and foreign intelligence officers and were provided with tools to facilitate their espionage activities.
The statement explained that these individuals employed several methods in carrying out their assigned tasks, including indirectly gathering information from public gatherings and events, and cultivating relationships with government employees or their relatives. Their aim was to collect as much information as possible about the country's military capabilities, the movements of its military and civilian leaders, and details of meetings, gatherings, workplaces, and residences.
The Ministry of Interior clarified that, in revealing the activities of these criminal elements within the enemy's joint intelligence network, it affirms its complete readiness, vigilance, and preparedness. It will spare no effort in fulfilling its duty of jihad and patriotism in confronting all enemy conspiracies aimed at undermining the nation's security, stability, and territorial integrity.
