Tehran: Iran's exports of goods reached 48.811 million tons, valued at $16.549 billion, during the first four months of the current Iranian year, which ends on March 20, 2025. This information was disclosed by Mohsen Montazeri, the Director General of the Planning and Monitoring Office at the Iranian Trade Promotion Organization.
According to Yemen News Agency, Montazeri also reported that Iran's share of non-oil trade, which includes both exports and imports, amounted to 61.020 million tons, valued at $34.176 billion, during the same period. He further elaborated on the primary markets for Iranian exports, listing China as the largest with $4.561 billion of total exports. Other significant markets include Iraq at $2.944 billion, the United Arab Emirates at $2.123 billion, Turkey at $1.667 billion, and Afghanistan at $709 million.
