Gaza: Five Palestinian civilians, including two women, were martyred and others wounded on Saturday in Israeli shelling of various areas in Gaza and Khan Yunis. The Palestinian News Agency, Wafa, quoted local sources as saying that Israeli occupation drones bombed the al-Tawam area north of Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of three Palestinians and injuries to dozens.
According to Yemen News Agency, Nasser Hospital reported that a woman was martyred in Israeli shelling of the al-Amal neighborhood, northwest of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip. Another woman was martyred by Israeli enemy fire near the aid distribution center on al-Tina Street, also southwest of Khan Yunis.
Palestinian Rami Mohammed Shehdeh succumbed to his wounds following a previous shelling of the al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis. Medical sources reported that the bodies of eight martyrs were recovered as a result of a previous shelling of the al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
