Al-dhale': The Security Administration of Juban District in Al-Dhale' Governorate organized a commemorative event today marking the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Zaid, peace be upon him.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by District Director Saleh Al-Gharbani and Security Chief Colonel Rizq Amer, who emphasized the significance of commemorating the occasion. They urged attendees to draw inspiration from the path and revolution of Imam Zaid, who stood for truth against falsehood and embodied the spirit of steadfastness and sacrifice for the establishment of divine principles and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The speeches at the event noted that Imam Zaid instigated an intellectual, cultural, and revolutionary awakening aimed at guiding the Muslim nation back to the right path and reviving its condition.
Furthermore, the Yemeni people's continued support for the oppressed in Gaza was highlighted as a reflection of following in the footsteps of Imam Zaid. Their stance demonstrates his legacy in defending the religion of God, supporting the oppressed, and confronting tyrants and oppressors, particularly against the backdrop of the broader failure of the Islamic nation to uphold its responsibilities toward Palestine and Gaza.
