Sana'a: The Supreme Judicial Council held its weekly meeting, chaired by Council President Judge Dr. Abdul-Momen Shuja' al-Din. The Council reviewed reports from the Attorney General and the Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority regarding the progress of work, the level of discipline, and the commitment of judges and members of the Public Prosecution Office to performing their duties following judicial leave, as well as the measures taken against those absent in accordance with the law.
According to Yemen News Agency, the reports focused on evaluating the adherence of judicial staff to their responsibilities and assessing the overall performance and efficiency of the judicial system. The meeting addressed the actions implemented to ensure accountability among those who failed to comply with their duties as stipulated by legal requirements.
