Sana'a: Kuwait University Hospital in the capital city of Sana'a organized an event on Wednesday to commemorate the Prophet's birthday. The celebration focused on themes such as loyalty, righteousness, and the significance of adhering to the Prophet's teachings.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event featured several speakers who underscored the importance of the occasion. Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council, Dhaifallah Rass¡m, expressed that honoring the Prophet's birthday is a demonstration of loyalty to the Prophet and his family. He highlighted that Yemenis are proud to be descendants of the Ansar, who supported the Prophet.
Rass¡m further noted that the current leadership and citizens of Yemen show their loyalty by standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza, who are experiencing severe hardships amid what he described as international silence. He also emphasized the relevance of applying the Prophet's teachings in everyday life, particularly in professional responsibilities.
