Sana'a: Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Samir Baja'alah on Sunday discussed the mechanism for merging branches of the former Humanitarian Affairs Council with Social Affairs Offices in the Capital Sana'a and provinces. The meeting aimed to address challenges in implementing humanitarian aid, displacement relief, and community development programs under the Ministry of Social Affairs, following a Republican Decree and Prime Minister's directives.
According to Yemen News Agency, Minister Baja'alah emphasized the importance of enhanced cooperation and leveraging expertise to better serve the community and respond to emergencies. This initiative aligns with the directives of the Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council. The Minister highlighted the Ministry's recent successes in providing aid, engaging with international organizations, and expanding its reach.
Further, Minister Baja'alah affirmed the Ministry's capability to address challenges in assisting those affected by the "American-Zionist aggression" and to support Yemen's victories. He cited the recent military operation targeting Ben Gurion Airport as an example of Yemen's strategic actions.
