Lahj: The Governor of Lahj Governorate, Ahmed Hamoud Jareeb, announced his full response to the call of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, issued in his important statement on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1448.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Jareeb affirmed that Lahj Governorate, with all its people, tribes, and official and popular components, stands behind the Leader in this critical stage, declaring his absolute authority over all options and measures required in the battle to end the aggression, occupation, and siege.
He emphasized the complete readiness to support and reinforce the army and general mobilization forces with men and equipment, at any time and place directed by the leadership, until the occupiers are expelled from every inch of the homeland, the looted resources are recovered, foremost among them oil and gas, and full independence and free sovereignty are achieved. The Governor of Lahj, on behalf of the province's residents, renewed the pledge to the Leader to continue on the path of honor and dignity, announcing the ongoing enrollment of Lahj's youth in the open military mobilization courses, "Al-Aqsa Flood." He called for strengthening unity, fortifying the home front, general mobilization, and intensifying combat and community readiness activities.
He praised the readiness of the general mobilization forces and the continued victories of the axis of jihad and resistance, spearheaded by the Islamic Republic of Iran. He affirmed that the Yemeni people's struggle is one with the Palestinian people's struggle, that the compass remains fixed on Quds, and that there will be no division of the arenas in confronting American and Zionist arrogance.
