Hodeidah: Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim and Hodeidah Governor Abdullah Otaifi today launched the project to plant 10,000 palm trees and install a solar-powered lighting network.
According to Yemen News Agency, the afforestation project is funded by the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund. It includes planting palm trees on main and side streets as well as in public parks.
