Marib: The Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in Marib Governorate launched a comprehensive cleanliness and environmental awareness campaign on Sunday in preparation for the holy month of Ramadan under the slogan "Welcome Ramadan." The initiative aims to raise environmental awareness about the importance of cleanliness and to instill it as a cultural and civilizational practice.
According to Yemen News Agency, the campaign involves both official bodies and community participation. The Executive Director of the Fund in the governorate, Hussein Daghmis, highlighted that the campaign reflects the directives of the Revolution Leader to welcome Ramadan with extensive cleanliness initiatives that are in line with the significance and spirituality of the holy month.
Daghmis urged citizens to actively cooperate and participate alongside sanitation workers in implementing the campaign. He emphasized the importance of contributing to the cleanliness of markets and cities, thereby setting a model example of environmental care.
