Launch of Summer Courses & Activities in Al-Hawk District, Al Hodeidah

Al hodeidah: The Subcommittee for Summer Activities, Courses, and Public Mobilization in Al Hodeidah Governorate inaugurated the summer courses for 1447 AH in Al-Hawk District under the slogan 'Knowledge and Jihad.'

According to Yemen News Agency, during the launch, First Deputy Governor of Al Hodeidah and Head of the Subcommittee for Summer Activities and Courses, Ahmed Al-Bashri, described the summer schools as a comprehensive developmental project. The initiative aims to cultivate a Quranic, aware generation, armed with knowledge, fortified with values, and prepared to face challenges.

Al-Bashri highlighted the benefits of summer courses in educating youth in Quranic culture, instilling the spirit of jihad in awareness, protecting children from misinformation, and fostering an independent identity to resist cultural and intellectual intrusion. He emphasized that today's struggle is one of awareness and development, noting that summer schools represent the first line of defense against soft cultural invasion, projects of fragmentation, and subjugation.

The First Deputy Governor added that the Quranic generation is one that cannot be deceived or enslaved, a generation with a clear mission that recognizes its enemies. The launch was attended by Deputy Governor for City Affairs Ali Al-Kabbari, District Director Jama'i Salem, District Local Secretary Ali Bari, and Mobilization Officer Ahmed Al-Maroni. Speeches delivered during the ceremony stressed the importance of collective efforts to instill a sense of belonging and Quranic principles in the younger generations.
